Vertical Race

NEW is the Hochkönigkrone Vertical Race which has a maximum length of 4.7km and an ascent of 980m+.

This makes the Vertical Race part of the Vertikal Austria Series and a true "Wadelbrenner" with a summit victory on the Schneeberg. Starting at the parking lot at the Karbachbahn valley station and experiencing the first contact with the vertical, the course winds over roots and always follows the cable car on the ski slope until the final sprint to the Vertical King. The panoramic view rewards vertical enthusiasts before a short run to the Karbachbahn mountain station and a leisurely ride down to the valley.
